Some stuff that I've been working on

The last post was few months ago, it is hard to keep up with social media and even though I have been busy, it takes a lot of time to post in different accounts,not only that, but a lot of my work is with non- models so many of them do not like the idea for their pictures to be all over the internet, but I'm posting few of the images that I had work on and my friends allowed me to post them...

I always wanted to have the opportunity to shoot an alternative model, I love the tattoos, the way they dress and how sexy they are, even though I don't have a single tattoo on my body I love the art behind them, I've always drew and painted so I like the artistic part of the tattoos.
 I'm very happy that my first alternative model that I had the pleasure to shoot was Elena, great model, the way she moves for every pose is extraordinary and beautiful personality, I always emphasize the personality of the model because for me that is very important, the same way that a model should feel comfortable with the photographer, I believe the photographer should feel comfortable with the model so the photoshoot can be a success. I hope this won't be the last time that I shoot with Elena but I hope I can keep finding great models to shoot with.

I had the opportunity to meet this amazing model, beautiful eyes, beautiful face, I gave a you a teaser few days ago so many of you already know what I'm talking about, but the most important thing for us as photographers when we look for models it's great personality and then if they can model, because if they know how to model but they have a bad attitude, the atmosphere gets very uncomfortable, but this is not a post about finding models so I'll live it there.
Michelle has a great personality and that made it very easy to work with her, so if you need a beautiful model with great personality booked her, I will not make you wait any longer to see the pictures.... Enjoy

This past Saturday I had the opportunity to shoot (as in photographed... I'm not a violent person) two amazing models, one was Michelle C. MM# 2992738 and Elena O. MM# 607726, I'll share this pictures with you as a teaser and later next week I'll show you more, enjoy them.....

Do you do your own retouching?

  Many people have been asking me that over the years, the answer is "YES", I learned Photoshop before I learned how to take pictures, so when I started taking pictures some years ago of kids, couples, weddings, quince's, sweet sixteen, well you get the idea, I have done it all, the easiest thing for me to do was to do my own retouching.

  I continue doing my own retouching because I want to control the whole process, after all, your pictures are the first thing people see, even before they call you, at least that's what I do when I look for models, if the avatar that they use is not what I'm looking for or it looks amateurish I don't even look at the rest of the portfolio.

  That's the reason why I do my own retouching and that's the reason why in a photoshoot I do not give the model all the pictures, I give the model only the ones that are the best and that have been retouched, how many pictures I give the model? well that is a topic for another post, but believe me, models are happy with the pictures they get...

Olesya Shayda

Few weeks ago I had the pleasure to work with this amazing model, her name is Olesya, she is only 21 Yrs. old but when you think she is too young and maybe not serious about modeling you get a big surprise, many models don't call you back, don't answer emails and many, many, "flake", but Olesya is different, since the first email I knew she was responsible because she answered, ( sorry to said but you get very disappointed with models) and every email after that to coordinate clothing and ideas I always received an answer, that showed me that she respected my time and it's something you appreciate from models.
The day of the photoshoot she was prepared, make up done and always an smile on her face, we work until late on that day and she was always smiling, it's great to meet a model so responsible, professional and amazing, specially when she is so young, oh yes, you want to see some pictures from the photoshoot? here they are, enjoy...
